The Grape Experience is excited to partner with Dynamis Estate Wines to offer a luxury picnic experience immersed in the vineyard.
We invite you to sit back and enjoy yourself in one of the three cozy dining environments that we have set up for you. Perfect for friendship celebrations, girls day out, bachelorette parties, neighborhood get togethers, proposals, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, family reunions or team building events.
The Luxury Dynamis Picnic Experience is a wonderful way to relax at the vineyard while also learning about Dynamis winemaking practices. It all started with a simple idea to make the finest wine: to blend the time-honored traditions of Europe’s centuries-old winemaking with 21st-century technology.
We partner with local food vendors to offer beautiful charcuterie bites with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. The Dynamis Experience takes you on a delicious journey behind the curtain at one of the most magnificent vineyards in the Yadkin Valley AVA.

Our private Dynamis Luxury Picnic Experience offers a personalized experience designed specifically for you and your guests. We take into account your interests, wine preferences, and requests to create a unique itinerary and picnic setting. With our expertise and partnership with Dynamis, we can fulfill any special requests you may have, ensuring that your day out is perfect in every way. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, which sets us apart and makes your experience exceptional.
All of our picnic experiences are private and require a minimum of 2 people.
Two people experiences will require to pay a premium.
Do you have a large group? Please contact us directly as we will work with you to include everyone!

These depend on which picnic time you choose to book.
Our Grape Experience host and a Dynamis Wine Ambassador will be waiting for you at the entrance of the tasting lodge.

We provide 1 bottle for 2-3 people, 2 bottles for 4-6 people, 3 bottles for 7-10 people. If your group is larger please contact us and we will provide you with more information.

We provide small, curated charcuterie bites, fresh fruit and an artisan style picnic lunch. We also provide French macarons.

That is weather-dependent as our picnic experiences run year-round. Our recommendations are:
- Comfortable shoes or sneakers and fresh clothing during Spring and Summer.
- Layers and boots during the winter months

We always proceed with our tours unless there is an immediate threat posed by adverse weather conditions. If it rains, we furnish our guests with umbrellas and arrange for a cozy indoor venue to enjoy your luxury experience at Dynamis. We will make sure you have a pleasant experience regardless of the weather.
- If you cancel 14 days prior to your experience: 100% full refund.
- If you cancel less than 14 days and up to 72 hours prior to your experience: no refund, however we will be happy to reschedule your experience based on availability.
- If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your experience: no refund.
NOTE: A minimum of 2 participants is required for your picnic . If only 1 person is booked for the picnic, The Grape Experience will contact the client to reschedule or refund the total amount.
