Company Policy

PAYMENT:

You will incur in additional charges if the following occur:

If a member of your party gets sick in our vehicle, you agree to pay the full cost of cleanup $250.00 and replacement of whatever is required to return the vehicle to its original condition up to $1,500 dollars. 

The best way to avoid this is to know your drinking limit and stay well within it. Additionally, please no open containers of alcohol or drinking except bottled water while inside the vehicle.We supply bottled water and sparkling water for our guests, but we like to avoid spills and food residue in order to keep our vehicle nice for all future guests.   

Any additional hours after the end of the experience will be charged at $125.00 per hour. Please let us know if you would like to stay longer. 

  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your experience for any reason you must let us know at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip to obtain a full refund. 

If you cancel your experience 14 days within your experience date there are no refunds. We will be happy to reschedule based on availability. 

If a person of your group has a last minute emergency or cancels due to illness there are no refunds.

 

THE GRAPE EXPERIENCE RULES:

You must be 21 years or older to drink. We will check your ID

No children or pets are allowed on the tour.

You must sign your waiver before booking your tour.

There are no changes to your itinerary after booking your trip unless The Grape Experience considers it necessary to enhance your experience. 

There is no smoking or vaping inside our vehicle at any time by any member of the party.

 

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

Please let us know in advance if any guest has a medical condition that requires special attention or accommodation. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee that we can accommodate every situation due to practical limitations.
